Says 1 Sz fits all... my 14 yr old daughter is a Sz 8 & it barely fits. She is normally a Medium. The arms are so tight that we will have to get them cut & opened up by a seamstress who can fix them so she can wear this. It’s definitely shorter than in the picture too.

Ordered this costume for my daughter and it was perfect. True to size. The petticoat or lace underneath was a little itchy for her but she wore someone underneath so it wouldn’t touch her skin. My 17 year old was very happy and so am I!! Will definitely order from you again!

We loved this dress! I went with the 10 to 14 even though my daughter is a size 6 because she is so tall. It was big in the waist and just barely long enough for her so I would say this true to size. Fairly good quality with a cute slip underneath. Would buy again.

I love this dress but several reviewers said it ran small. I usually wear a 4-6 so i bought a medium. Big mistake... it was very big on me. I still had fun wearing it but I don't think it runs "small".

Overall pleased with purchase. I would recommend getting size bigger than usual to allow for wearing a shirt under , as the material is kind of stiff and scratchy, especially around the waist area. Also, the neck is tight.

I wore this to work and it was definitely work appropriate. I would suggest wearing shorts if your fuller in the backside. The neck is a little tight, if my neck was any larger it wouldn't have fit. Although I did unvelcro it and it looked fine. I don't know if it fits under one size fits all. I am a size 6 and very busty, it wasn't tight but it was comfortable. I would suggest buying the large if you are over a size 6ish. Overall I really liked the costume and everyone loved the authentic dorothy.

Bought for my Daughter for Halloween dress up at work. Wizard of Oz was theme for the company. The costume looked really cute on her. The neck line was way too small. Fixed with velcro strap. The shoulder straps were way too long so we adjusted those. These are minor adjustments. Only other thing is that the tulle under the bottom of the dress is scratchy so it a must to wear a slip underneath. I would buy it again for a one day event. It did look good..

This costume was wonderful! I bought it for my sister to wear during Halloween and she didn't have any complaints. She's 5'10" so I was worried it might be too short but it fell just below mid thigh. I think on a shorter woman it would be knee length or a little lower. She wears a 12 but we wanted to be on the safe side so we went with the large costume, it was perfect. The neck hole is a little small so it was hard for her to get her head through but once she did is wasn't tight. We paired it with sequin sneakers from a dance website and a picnic basket from goodwill. We already had the shih tzu.

The dress is super cute! In fact the actual dress size fit great but the neck and arms were so small I could have used it for a tourniquet.
If the sleeves and neck had elastic it would have been perfect.
I don't have small arms, but I don't have really large arms either so I was surprised by the size of the sleeve and neck.
I normally wear a size 12-14 so I bought the Large knowing it would be even a little big. Nope. The arms would fit a small person but if you're larger than a size 8 I would recommend the Large. I would have needed the Xl and I don't wear an XL in anything. In fact the dress in an XL would have been a bit too big but that's workable; a too small just isn't an option when it comes to comfort.
Other than the size, it was a very cute costume.

It fits good, fairs more at the skirt than it shows in the picture on line. The pinafore area that looks like it buttons to the bottom of the skirt (the material is the same as the skirt, I am not sure what you call this) but those hang out so big. I am going to have to take apart at the shoulder where they connect and tailor them in so it doesn't look sloppy. Other wise it fits well , except it is tight at the neck. Others had commented on that as well. It is a cute outfit though, and I am looking forward to being Dorothy at a Halloween party. I don't think anyone can expect an item to fit exactly when you are buying something with a general fit or size, but I do think you should consider adding an inch or two to the neck area. thanks!

Great costume, especially for the price. Great for Dorothy costumes, or as I used it, for the Wendy's mascot. The only downside I had was the itchy, uncomfortable lace layer under the skirt but if you're wearing tights under it, it shouldn't be a problem. I got tons of compliments all night long!!

This product was a great buy for Halloween costume. The only thing was that it is a little snug around the neck and the lace underneath to make the skirt "poofy" was a little itchy around the waist area. Simply wear a tank top under. Problem solved!
