The boots are amazing shoe size fit to the T, but the calves were too small. I ordered this item 2 times. The first time the calve width was 12". The second time I was told it will be the size I needed 15" width and they are 14" still to small. I had to do another return. Had to go elsewhere to purchase the correct width and size. Totally disappointed

I bought an item from this website and they canceled the item because it was out of stock. It’s been 8 days and I still have no refund!!!!!
