hands down, worst experience ever
this experience as a whole has been terrible.
my purchase shows up 3 days late.
then i find, that even after ordering an extra small(size chart says 'up to a size 4')
the bottoms of the outfit was a size 4, however the top to the outfit was for at least a 'c cup' which is a far cry from an extra small.
while trying the costume on, the stitching holding all of the rubber detailing on the costume ripped, upon further inspection i notice that the peices were stitched on improperly so that if the material stretched at all, the stitches would too (resulting in the stitch ripping).
this costume now has to be fitted and tailored, so that it can live up to the 'extra small' size it claims to be, and i have to stitch the rubber detailing back on.
i also contacted customer service twice.
the first time i stayed on hold, someone picked up the call, i started talking, and then the line was 'disconnected'. so i call back again, sat on hold for a while, and then finally left a message after 20 min of waiting, recieved a call back as soon as i hung up the phone, and then when i picked up, start talking with the representative, the line goes dead again. no call back, nothing.
the level of service i have recieved is completely unacceptable, especially that this is very out of a costume stores busy season, and i cant even get decent service.
