I ordered 3 of these hats. When they arrived, 2 of them were not inside the product packaging, 1 hat worked properly, 1 hat only had 1/2 of the hat lighting up, the 3rd hat would not light up at all. I bought replacement batteries thinking that would solve the problem. Even after spending an additional $10 on batteries, the hats would still not work properly.
When I contacted customer service to receive replacements or a refund, I am told that all they can do is take my information and make the request, and that I will receive a phone call or an email within 24 hours letting me know what I can expect. The first time I called, in, I received nothing. So after 4 days, I called customer service again, and was again told the same thing, that they would take my information but that they had no way to reach anyone or get me in touch with anyone that could help me resolve this issue.
My advice, don't order anything from this company because if it doesn't work, you have no way to receive any resolution from them.
