Terrible service

We ordered this Halloween costume for our daughter. Being a popular costume this year, I chose this website because of the low price. We never got the costume. Instead received an email after the date we were supposed to receive it saying the order was cancelled due to them being out of stock. Not cool! We ended up getting it from amazon at a great price and delivered quickly. I will never order from this company again.

This costume is of great quality but runs small, my daughter wears a 14-16 and that’s what we ordered and just will not velcro at the top, but it is what it is. The only thing I would change about the design is that the velcro sticks to the material and snags it when taking it on or off.
