I didn't recieve a costume
I never received a costume I placed my order and was never sent any email to show that I was not going to recieve the costume I called to check to see when the costume shipped that's when I was notified that I was not getting one that my order had been canceled I will not order from your company again
Kind of cheap
My daughter complained that the shirt (especially the sleeves) itched her like crazy. We had to pin up the back with safety pins because the velcro didn't keep it closed enough. The hair pieces do not stay in, but we bought colored hair spray. The shorts/tights combined were made of a cheap material that snags easy. My daughter got candy on the shirt so I washed it on the gentle cycle and all the glitter washed off the red and black diamonds on the shirt...so no wearing this again.

This order was placed on September 19th. Item was never received and no notifications from wholesale holloween to inform me that the costume was out of stock. Now it's October 26 and still no notifications and is without costume.

My 9 year old daughter loved this costume. We received it very quickly and the fit was perfect. Thank you for making her Halloween perfect.
My order doesn't exist!!!
To Whom It May Concern:
I'm writing in regards to products I recently purchased. On September 30th at 8:15am I purchased online the three items listed below. I hadn't received a confirmation email in regards to my order, so I became concerned. I returned to the company website and I entered my information to check the status several times. It continued to tell me that the system could not find my order to please try again! Immediately I referred to my debit card record and it shows that indeed made a purchase of $53.69 (I CAN provide evidence if need). At which time I called the customer service number provided +1 605-271-7393. I spoke with a young lady about my problem. She took my information and put me on hold several times. She finally returned to line and told me that someone would call me within the next two business days. I am sending an email so that I will have evidence for my records that I have notified you of this dilemma. I am NOT SATISFIED with my purchase! I want answers ASAP! If you CANNOT GUARANTEE my purchase will be here before Halloween as advertised I WANT A REFUND!

I was disappointed when I placed my very first order with them. My item was to arrive a week later. I called because the item had not been received according to the day guaranteed. Just to find out that I would not receive it until a month later. When I called to speak to management there was no one I could speak to. No one in management or no one that could take my call to resolve the issue. Its the worst experience. They are in Jersey that might explain a lot
