Velociraptor blue
Hello I am just a little unhappy with the company not the product. My costume arrived broken and I sent a message immediately so over 2 weeks ago and have not heard back as of yet.

Unhappy customer
I was very disappointed in the customer service of the business. We ordered this product, and did not receive any notice that the item was canceled due to low inventory. The day before Halloween, we called customer service asking when we should see our product, very disappointed to have been told that they cancelled the product without notifying us through email or phone call. We had to rush last minute to find any costume we could at our local store. Will never shop with this business again!

Best Costume
She loves it, she loves the movie and she loves the costume. It came so fast and We are excited to go trick or treating this year in it. Thank you
