For these totes, we used felt for all the colors except the gold we used for C3PO.

First cut out all the shapes from the printable template.

The large head template for C3PO requires you to piece it together from two separate cuts. Cut this and the other C3PO gold items from a shiny gold fabric.

Cut all the remaining coordinating pieces of felt. If you plan to make all four droid totes, this might take a while. Might we suggest binging The Mandalorian while you cut?

Adhere the felt shape pieces for R2-D2, BB-8, and IG-11, using E6000 adhesive. This is a strong adhesive that makes your tote machine washable after it’s fully dried!

Tip: apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the end of the adhesive so it doesn’t stick next time you try to open it.

To help add dimension to C-3PO cut a layer of yellow felt eye, nose and mouth parts to adhere under gold eye, nose and mouth pieces. This will add visual separation between all the gold.
