Oogie Boogie Glowing Makeup Tutorial Step 1

Start this look by blocking out your eyebrows with a glue stick.

Smooth down brows and allow to dry.

Put on a black wig cap.

Oogie Boogie Glowing Makeup Tutorial Step 2

Map out Oogie Boogie’s shape around the face with green blacklight paint.

Start filling in some areas of his body and leave anything that should remain black uncovered.

Oogie Boogie Glowing Makeup Tutorial Step 3

Outline the area around the eyes that will stay black then continue filling in the other areas.

Switch to regular black makeup to start filling in the shadow areas- the eyes, the folds of his hooded head and the lines of his mouth.

Oogie Boogie Glowing Makeup Tutorial Step 4

Add more tooth-like lines to the bottom half of the mouth.

Fill in the area under the chin and neck with black eyeshadow fading it into the green on the chin.

Use the same eyeshadow to fill in the nose and add depth to the cheeks.

Oogie Boogie Glowing Makeup Tutorial Step 5

Continue dragging the shadow up the bridge of the nose and over each eye.

Use a skinny brush to define the bottom edge of the shadow over the eye with a thin line.

Fill in the rest of the exposed skin with black makeup.

Now turn on a black light and fill your dreams to the brim with FRIGHT!! OR, head over to Caitlyn’s Channel to finish this look with body paint.
