The Guardians of the Galaxy are back! The team has been reassembled to take on yet another threat to the galaxy that we all live in, and this time, they mean business. Thanos is about his dastardly ways, and Star-Lord and the gang are here to stop him. This time around, Peter Quill is looking to learn more about himself, and although we’re going to be introduced (finally) to his father, Ego the Living Planet, and several other new characters, we all know what’s bringing us back to the theater: the Guardians themselves.
So, to celebrate Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2‘s release, our good friend Caitlyn Kreklewich helped Wholesale Halloween Costumes put together this awesome Gamora look! Let’s be honest, Gamora is the only one who keeps the team on track, and although Star-Lord is the leader of the group, she’s the silent brains behind the operation. Incredibly talented and the once-adopted daughter of Thanos, she’s a force to be reckoned with. Gamora is awesome, and so is this makeup look that you can try by just following these steps below! (And don’t forget to check out our Drax the Destroyer makeup tutorial!)

Blend the two by overpainting the light patches and blending the two greens together.
Add more highlights on the chin and jawline blending them as well.
Use a thin brush with silver makeup to paint Gamora’s markings. A reference photo will help a lot.
Give the silver markings a sense of depth with a thin line of black.
