Print your PAW Patrol hats template and cut out the shapes on the sheet. Trace these shapes onto the felt colors, as noted, and cut. Tip: a water erase pen is helpful in this step!
To create the Chase hat, start with a children’s police chief hat and remove the metal piece at the top.
Layer the grey felt shape onto the white shape to create his paw emblem.
Layer the inner pink ear onto the brown ear.
Tip: Make sure you double check that you’re mirroring the shapes and not creating two left ears by accident!
Use hot glue to adhere the PAW Patrol embled to the top center of the hat.
Wrap the long, skinny piece of yellow felt around the hat and adhere with glue to secure.
Adhere the ears on each side of the hat.
Now your little paw is ready to uphold the law!
To create the Skye hat, first put painter’s tape over the eye holes of the goggles.
Spray your goggles with light layers of pink spray paint to cover.
Peel the painter’s tape after the spray paint dries.
Once fully dried, adhere the goggles to the large pink felt shape with the 2 longer pieces hanging in front.
Have the child put the goggle pieces on and make note where to hand the ears. Use hot glue to attach one on each side.
Now your little pup will be ready to take it to the sky while Chase covers the ground!
